Collin Butler, alias Big C, is not just your ordinary announcer. He’s also an ordinary comedian, er, rather natural comedian. You don’t need to
know Collin for more than a day or a week to find out if he’s funny. If you don’t laugh when Collin is around, something is definitely wrong. All in all,
Collin is simply a nice, warm person to be around. Besides making your day and being hospitable, Collin is a plethora of blessing in the studios.
He is the producer and host of Worship with Collin Butler, aired every Monday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30.
Collin is one of ZKING’s first staff members, but he continues to dedicate some time as a part-time announcer to spread the message. He said he loves
his job because he’s “able to “reach out to the spiritual needs of God’s people. ”We asked Collin: “What do you admire about ZKING Radio as a service
to the community?” He said: “The location, it’s on a hill, and the word says a light that sits on a hill can not be hidden.”
A member of the New Testament Church of God International Worship Center in Baugher’s Bay, Collin is gospel singer, and he also enjoys writing,
acting and praising God. His favorite scripture is: Isaiah 54:17 - “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall
rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.”
And his favorite quote is: “There’s nothing the devil can throw on you that Jesus can not shake off.” |
